Alongside Nixin is Alisha Wilson, Operations Manager, the operational backbone of BizSync and the reason mobilizations stay smooth, clients stay informed, and workers step onto site fully briefed and ready to work. Together, they lead a company built on professionalism, safety, and respect for workers, for clients, and for the communities BizSync serves.
NIXIN SWIFT (Owner)

The driving force behind BizSync Solutions, an Indigenous-owned company that’s reshaping how staffing and contracting are done in Canada. With a background rooted in safety, workforce management, and organizational psychology, Nixin built BizSync with a clear intention: Raise the bar, protect the people doing the work, and deliver results clients don’t have to babysit.

Known in industry circles for his straight-forward leadership style, Nixin blends academic training with real-world experience from nearly two decades on worksites, in boardrooms, and inside the hectic world of construction and oilfield. His doctoral work in business administration and organizational psychology focuses on how teams perform when they’re allowed to be themselves; a core belief that guides every decision inside BizSync.
ALISHA WILSON (Operations Manager)

If BizSync is the engine, Alisha is the one keeping every piston moving with precision.
As Operations Manager, she oversees daily coordination between workers, project teams, and clients across multiple industries. Alisha is the person who ensures every mobilization is smooth, every worker has what they need, and every client stays informed without having to chase updates.
